History of Fine | There was a small but fancy epicerie in a street corner in France. Quiet time went by with full of seasonal foods which evoked a special time spending with an elegant and soothing smiles of ladies... What is FINE? | FINE is a bland proposing a high quality food environment beloved in Karuizawa, Shinshu where a new food culture has been created hitherto. We took up“Gift from Karuizawa, and Gift of Karuizawa...”as a theme. The enjoyable and various combination of ingredients, and the wide variety of confiture, dressing, flavored tea, and baked sweets would change a moment of everyday life to a special and spiritually rich space.
